central location makes exploring san cristobal a breeze
During my stay, I loved that we were just a few steps away from the Kakaw Museum and only 500 meters from the beautiful Cathedral of San Cristobal, allowing me to easily stroll through the city and soak up the vibrant culture and stunning architecture. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us, which really made our visit memorable. The only downside was the wifi, which could use some improvement, especially for those needing to stay connected while traveling.

great staff but busy breakfast
The staff exceeded my expectations. their warm demeanor made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I was particularly impressed by the manager, who personally checked in with us every day to ensure our comfort. The garden view from my room was a delightful way to start each morning.
The breakfast area got a bit crowded, leading to delays in getting seated.

I recently stayed here with a group of friends for 3 nights and had an amazing time. We loved exploring nearby villages and visiting the local markets. The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive and made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend trying the breakfast and the rain shower in the rooms!
The only downside was that the place could get a bit busy during breakfast, and it took a little longer to get seated than we expected.

Perfect for a group getaway
Had an lovely experience celebrating an anniversary at this place! The staff went above and beyond, they even surprised us with flowers and a cake, it was surreal. Above all, the food was exquisite, especially the local dishes! Very unique flavors.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap but it felt right for what we got.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The spacious room offered us plenty of room to spread out, and my kids loved the amazing rain shower. The location is perfect for walking around the area, and the breakfast menu was delicious, especially the huevos con chorizo!
My kids wished there was a kids' play area to keep them entertained while we relaxed.

missingWrote a review on Jul 01comfortable bedspacious bathroommodern decorpoor wifi
The Beautiful King Room shines with modern decor and has excellent linens making for a super comfortable sleep. The bathroom features a spacious rainfall shower that never runs out of hot water, perfect for winding down after a long day.
The wifi connection could definitely use an upgrade, especially for business travelers needing stable internet. While the garden seating area is charming, it could benefit from more frequent cleaning to enhance the outdoor experience and maintain cleanliness wanting to relax outside. Another minor issue is the absence of air-conditioning. Sleeping with open windows invites outside noise, such as roosters crowing early in the morning, which might disturb light sleepers.
